My name is Hector. I am 39 years old and I am a computer scientist. Moreover, I am passionate about computer science. Throughout my life I have been playing with computers, both Apple and PCs. At 17 I abandoned my studies and started studying computer science.
Study Networks and Communications in Garben. Since then I have not stopped working and learning topics related to computer science. In these years I have been from employee to entrepreneur through all intermediate positions (Technician, team leader, department manager, director) And I have also executed several branches of my profession, I have been a field technician, shift operator, administrator of systems (Wintel and Linux), consultant, manager and expert in the most varied topics, from networks, servers, hardware, standardization, NASes, Backup, security, mobility, telephony and much more.
After many years as technical director of Amigo Informatico I have had to emigrate from the country leaving my job behind and I open myself to new job opportunities without any limitation, as long as the company gets my work passionate. You can see a summary of my experience by clicking here.
I have always been with some project. In my stage of CEPSA it was the computer store. Which I closed in 2011, after two years of hard work and many sleepless nights. But I learned a lot of hardware, especially as far as the Apple world is concerned. In my last stage at Amigo Informatico I did a lot of work as an official Apple consultant (ACN) and I learned the part of Apple’s servers, but I have also greatly reinforced my knowledge of networks and security these years
Apart from work I have three children. The oldest is called Irene and was born in 2011, I soon repeated with Daniel who was born in December 2012 and finally Ishmael who came in October 2015. They are the most complex and most rewarding project I’ve ever embarked on. But it does not take away so that I have other personal projects such as a YouTube channel in which I am investing my free minutes to talk about technology and some timely collaboration in some medium.
Outside the IT world, he was actively collaborating with the hemophilia association of Madrid (Ashemadrid) and with the Copypaz Employment Special Center as project secretary, and in an environment association focused on recycling the fabric of the clothes I have had to leave my charges temporarily while living in the United States, but I do not rule out collaborating with any cause here when I am more stabilized.
